16th date with Jim...Meet (some of) the Family

Oct. 25th. Saturday.
Jim's birthday celebration. I went over to his house and then he and I and his twin brother went up to Palm Bay. I gave him some cool bday gifts: a tshirt, a mug, and a poem I wrote myself. He hung the poem up on his wall (sweet!) and he decided to wear the shirt!
First we went to his youngest sister's house. She's married with 2 kids and 2 dogs. One tiny dog kept licking my feet and a big dog kept licking my hands. I didn't mind too much, but I'm not really used to dogs anymore. Then we went to his mom's house. She came out an gave me a hug! She was really sweet to me and made me feel really welcome! Then we went to Moe's for lunch. Jim and I and his mom wanted something fancier...but it was ok. So his bro, sis, and the kids went in sis's van. His mom asked if we minded if she came with us. I didn't mind, but when she went inside to grab her purse, Jim said he wished she wasn't coming in our car! LOL! I asked her to sit in front but she insisted that I sit with Jim. she said it felt so good to see the two of us together. :D
So at Moe's, I had a taco. I sat between Jim and his sister. Halfway through lunch, Jim poked my shoulder and showed me his empty salsa cup. Without a word, I gave him my salsa. I thought it was so cool how we just understand each other like that! It's a small thing, but in daily life, the small thngs do matter!
Then we went back to his mom's for vegan cake. It was good, but very sweet. We played a game where one person says the name of a celebrity and the next person has to say a name that starts with the last letter of the first person's word. It was fun, but it lasted way too long! I tried signaling Jim that I wanted to leave, but I think he thought I was just signalling names. then finally it was time to go! His mom hugged me again and siad how happy she was that Jim had finally found someone! ;)
Finally, alone time!!!
We got to his house and he put a clean sheet on his bed and we got undressed. We kissed and touched for a while. Then I asked him if he ever fantasized about me. Alkaline Trio Concert!!!

Oct. 22nd.
My second AT concert. It was at the Pompano Beach Amphitheatre...we found great seats...4th row!!! There were 2 bands before AT...neither was very good. Then AT came out. For some reason, I guessed that 'Private Eye' would be their first song...and it was!!! It was an awesome show, but way too short. And they didn't end with 'Radio'. :( But it rocked anyway!
